PARKING AROUND SCHOOL
Welwyn & Hatfield Council have taken over responsibility for enforcing parking restrictions. Consequently, only Dragon Road and Cunningham Avenue should be used for parking, however, we do have the full use of these roads, other than where there are double yellow lines.

This map highlights the two streets where parking is permitted. Hours are between: 8.00 and 9.30; 11.30 and 12.30; 2.30 and 3.30.
Please be aware that parking beyond these hours or on different roads surrounding the school may lead to you receiving a parking ticket, unless you are displaying a valid parking permit (available from the Welwyn & Hatfield Council).
The school has an agreement with The Galleria meaning that parents can park in their carparks and walk to school. The agreement runs between the hours of 08.00-09.30 and 15.00-16.30 Monday to Friday and requires registration of car number plates. If you would like to take part in this please contact the school via the admin@howedell.herts.sch.uk with your name, child's class and car registration.
