Howe Dell’s Got Talent Finalists 2021 raised over £400 despite Lockdown for Autism UK

WOW! Well done to all the finalists who entertained our Howe Dell family on Friday evening!

Whilst nothing can replace the joy of live performances to a packed, appreciative audience, we were determined this annual event would go ahead – albeit virtually and pre-recorded.

Congratulations to all the acts who showcased a love of singing and new skills, often brilliantly filmed in snow, on the back of a pony or with clever costumes and lighting.

The event including, 50% of our Christmas Jumper funds, entry fees for those auditions and £1 per view via School Gateway raised a staggering:

This is all for our Children’s Council chosen charity the National Autistic Society following a successful pitch in Autumn 2020.

Thank you to parents for rehearsing and filming these brilliant performances, staff for taking the difficult decision of who to nominate for the final – and Mr Mason for compiling the film. This again demonstrated that Howe Dell sparkle is alive and well and whilst different, will not be beaten by COVID-19!
