School Uniform

Daily Uniform:

PE Kit:                                     
  • Navy sweatshirt/cardigan with logo
  • Plain navy/black shorts (no cycling shorts to be worn)
  • Grey trousers (tailored shorts in the summer). Leggings are not part of the school uniform and should not be worn. 
  • Plain navy tracksuit (winter)
  • Grey pinafore dress/skirt
  • Navy Howe Dell PE T Shirt with logo
  • Plain white, black, navy blue or grey socks. Tights can be grey or navy blue.
  • Trainers 
  • White polo shirt 

Other Items available via Smarty's:
  • Yellow checked dresses - optional (summer & first half of Autumn Term)
  • Bookbags (For children from Nursery to Year 2)
  • Warm coat (during cold weather)
  • Reversible fleeces
  • Black shoes made from a polishable material(no heels) , no boots allowed.
  • Hats
  • Plimsolls for indoor use for all children

 

May we remind parents :

  • Hijabs are accepted as part of the school uniform to meet the needs of our families who follow Islam.  If worn, these will be in school colours (yellow, white or navy)
  • Hair accessories should be practical for school, neutral or in school colours. Hair style and colour should be appropriate for school. No tram lines or patterns.
  • Jogging bottoms are welcome to supplement PE kit but do not replace trousers or skirts.
  • Earrings if worn should be plain studs.
  • No other jewellery other than a watch is acceptable, unless it is faith related and a parent has specified this.
  • Nail varnish is not to be worn.
  • Please ensure all items of uniform are clearly named.

The PE shirt is available from Howe Dell, all other uniform with a logo is available at Smarty's. All other items can be sourced at a variety of retailers.
